This is me and my husband on our wedding day. We had our wedding in the back yard at my parents, up against a river in Washington. He may not be the artist, but he plays a huge role in my business as my number one supporter. He always cheers me on when I give him a play by play pretty much every day. We balance each other, he is super structured and I’m the one that says things like, “watercolors are perfectly imperfect!”

I'm a bit of a walking contradiction—I want to change the world, but I also just want to cuddle up and watch a rom-com from the 2000s. I love traveling to new places and diving into new experiences, but I’m just as happy spending hours sitting in a park, on a blanket, in the sun. I’m an introvert who loves connecting with people, and while I can be pretty competitive, I really just want everyone to be a winner. Italian is my ultimate comfort food, and Oregon & Washington are my favorite places—thankfully Portland has a good food scene, and I can get great Italian food. My husband may disagree but it’s great for my American tastebuds. But truly, some of my happiest days are spent creating art and designing stationery for amazing people—like you!
